The cottage is as described. Clean. Everything you need to spend a long weekend. Only the evacuation of the toilets is bad. And for the best: the large well-maintained garden where you can read in the shade of the trees rocked by the song of the birds, have an aperitif at sunset in front of the canal and the Yonne. Beautiful walks around.

The Burgundy region and Lillia's house were so amazing that we extended our stay. The house is perfectly located on a very quiet street, with free parking nearby and even an electric vehicle charging spot. I loved the fireplace, which created a warm countryside atmosphere with the scent of burning wood. I enjoyed having my morning coffee in the sun. My spouse and I didn’t use the separate studio, but it has been fully renovated and looks brand new. Noyers has everything you need — a bakery, butcher, supermarket, and many great restaurants. I visited them so often I almost felt like a local, and everyone was incredibly welcoming. Thank you, Lillia, for sharing this lovely property with us!

We were allowed to stay in the great house of François and his family for two weeks. The first few days François and his family were also present, but this didn't bother us at all! The contact was very good and we had a very nice time. The garden is very private and beautiful greenery. Our two toddlers walked around and there was plenty of shade but also sunny places. Everything was also available for the baby.

Apart from the almost 4 kilometers of coast to get there, which is hard for cyclists with heavy loads, the site is very pleasant with a magnificent view of the valley and the Morvan mountains. You are surrounded by magnificent horses. Manon our host is very friendly and pleasant. I recommend this rental to people with children and looking for peace and quiet.
