Holiday rentals with a patio in Vermilion

My son and I stayed there for a little family reunion get together. We were 10 minutes from my family. Apartment the apartment was so cute. The area was really nice and quaint. The best part was coming back home and sitting on the balcony. And just enjoying the neighborhood.. it was really hard to leave. There are a lot of stores and places to eat and walking distance. A melting pot of history in that area. Even if you wanna go downtown, you could take the train. The station is maybe five minutes away. Dani was an awesome host. Very helpful with any and everything I needed. I would love to stay at any of Dani’s locations anytime.

I’ve stayed here twice with my son and his friends so they can go to the park. It’s a quiet house where I can work for a few hours. After work It’s close enough to downtown that I can walk out to dinner. And at the end of the night it’s near enough to Cedar Point that I can quickly pick them up when they’re done. The house slept five teenage boys and myself comfortably. The kitchen was great to cooking some late night frozen pizzas. We all had a great time and I’d book a third time if we do this again!

This was my first ever stay at an Airbnb……It was everything I saw when I looked through pictures, decided to booked and then some!!! My 1 & only bothersome was other tenants of the property used the front porch to hang out on & smoke…. Just made it feel awkward to sit outside to regroup & relax …. at times you could hear them talking through front windows…but again I knew it wasn’t a completely private location when I booked soo I was by no means upset. Also I do not think this reflected poorly on my host but would be something I would want to mention to me if I was the homeowner - I actually have to return to the area in October & once I have the dates will keep my fingers crossed this location is available again!!!! Fun space that was in a perfect spot for a show we were going to at the Roxy / Munhall’s. The apartment was walkable to many other businesses in the area. The host kindly left us small surprises, like great snacks and a coupon to the restaurant directly under the apartment (highly recommend taking advantage of it, great burritos there). We would definitely love to stay again if ever in the area!

Great value for the money for sure! Very well stocked kitchen – I had everything I needed. I appreciated that it was not a cluttered space. I had plenty of room in the kitchen and bathroom to put my things.

We had a truly lovely stay. The space was clean and beautifully arranged — thoughtfully designed and highly functional. Everything felt intentional, which made our time there both comfortable and easy. It felt like home. Communication with the host was excellent. We received our check-in code well ahead of time, with clear and helpful instructions. Being able to check in early was an unexpected bonus that we really appreciated. Street parking was simple and always available. The location is ideal — close to everything in Akron, yet still in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others!

The location was perfect for our stay during OC graduation weekend. We appreciated the thoughtful communication from the host and the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The kitchen is well stocked with a large dining table for meals. It is clear that a lot of care has gone into the design and decoration of the home as well as making sure guests have everything they need.

Had my sisters bachelorette party here! It was perfect! Lots of space for our craft tables and for playing games. Very cute bar space! Two great patios for hanging out and talking. Highly recommend! Pat was also great in helping us plan. He made sure we had enough chairs for all the girls and the bedroom was set up the way we needed it. Would stay again!

Everything about the property was beautiful. Comfortable beds. Welcoming living room. Amazing dining room view! Having lakeside access was so amazing and memorable. Peaceful sunrises with a cup of coffee. The host was quick to respond and was very helpful and understanding, especially when reaching out quickly before we left town that we had left behind some items. They arranged it so we could retrieve it quickly. Would definitely stay again

Great stay! Walk to beautiful Edgewater Park. West Side Market was only a three mile drive from the house. Edison's Pizza kitchen in Lucky's Market was a little over a mile. Best pizza! The house is clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean, he was responsive ahead of check in and during our stay, instructions for accessing the apartment were clear, and the space was very comfortable. Great location for us. Reasonably close to where we were going. It allowed us to avoid traffic. Unit is exactly what you expected based on the pictures. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Tanesha is a wonderful host. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay there again for our next visit.

What a wonderful place to stay if you’re heading to Sandusky! Beautiful view of Lake Erie - with Cedar Point across the lake. Great location to walk to tons of unique restaurants and bars and two museums (Maritime and Carousel museums). Very comfortable beds, couch and recliners. Large kitchen to cook in and a community gas grill to use as well. Very quiet and secure. Loved it!

Sara’s place was perfect for my family and our short stay in Sandusky for a gymnastics meet and quick trip to Cedar Point. Perfect first floor location with easy check in and out. Spotless and clean with everything we needed for quick breakfasts cooked in the kitchen. Loved having the small appliances and KCups provided as well as the washer and dryer available for use. Host was extremely responsive to questions and everything was easy to understand. There were a few very minor easily fixed issues that were responded to by the host and will be remedied. The cleanliness, easy in and out of the unit and responsiveness of the host overcame by far these small inconveniences. Would book again!

We loved our stay in Sandusky! The view from the condo was absolutely amazing, and everything was very accessible to downtown. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely book again!
