The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a home with a walled garden was formerly a stable with a dog kennel that belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. The house is completely free and high with views over hills and forests, close to the nature park " Morvan ".In the house all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palms and olive trees with terrace and jacuzzi.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. It has a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an upstairs bedroom and a terrace (you may meet Suzie our adorable dog). There is old parquet flooring and period tiles. The apartment is attached to our house. Located in the city center in the Colbert district, a 2-minute walk from the hyper center. Free parking is a 1-minute walk away.
