Elle est située à 900 m du centre-bourg, dans un hameau de 3 maisons en bordure de forêt, et permet de rejoindre les commerces de proximité (boulangeries, pharmacie...) à pied, et de partir direct en balade dans la forêt de Perche Trappe. Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.

On one level, it offers a wonderful calm with its three "painters' rooms" — the Monet room, the Van Gogh room and the Bonnard room — and its large garden with furniture, barbecue, ping pong and trampoline.
