I loved Bobbie’s place it was so quiet, comfortable and relaxing! Everything that we needed was there, pots and pans, Keurig, toaster… The beds were comfortable! Bobbie was very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer… maybe next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy and Larry’s charming tiny home! Everything was incredibly clean and well cared for, and we truly enjoyed all of the unique historical touches throughout the space, it gave the home such character. We also took some time to walk the property and loved seeing the beautiful fruit trees. Their sweet dog, Ace, was a highlight, so friendly and gentle. We especially appreciated the great conversation we had with Amy and Larry. They are such warm and welcoming hosts. Thank you for your hospitality and for creating such a peaceful place to stay! We were on our way home from vacation and just needed to break up the drive and Kearny’s listing was the absolute perfect place to do so. No thumping and bumping above you or next door like you would experience in a motel room. Quiet, comfortable, so very relaxing. Everything was spotlessly clean and although I know it’s brand new, I have a feeling it’ll still look brand new next year when we stay there again! Perfect home away from home!

The cottage is clean, sensibly organized with tasteful decor, utilities all in working order and excellent air conditioning. Also included is coffee and a full size refrigerator. The location is not too far from downtown Pontotoc and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are accommodating and kind. We look forward to returning to this gem in Pontotoc.
