Private garden with pool, lawn, laurel trees. a large terrace with BBQ, and 1 enclosed parking space, all provide for enjoyable and secluded moments, yet in the centre of a lively, typical village, and just 40mn walk or 5mn car ride to Unesco heritage site Pont-du-Gard. It has a private garage, 600 m2 enclosed, wooded and shaded, private above ground wood pool. The 45 m2 house has all the comforts. 2 bedrooms with double bed including one with a pull-out bed.
