Holiday rentals with a patio in Verscio

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa a Minusio! La posizione è davvero ottimale: tranquilla, ma vicina a tutto il necessario. Il vero punto forte è il balcone: spazioso, arredato con gusto e con una vista spettacolare sul Lago Maggiore – ogni tramonto era un vero spettacolo! La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per esplorare la zona. Il host è stato super disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli utili per godere al meglio della vacanza. Consigliatissima per chi cerca comfort, bellezza e tranquillità con una vista da sogno!

Lieber Roger, Wir haben uns in Deiner Traumwohmung megawohl gefühlt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung ua der Weber Grill auf der Terrasse waren der absolute Gamechanger. Der Ausblick auf den Lago war noch viel schöner als auf Deinen Bildern. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße

Die Unterkunft ist so toll gelegen, ruhig und ungestört als Eckwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und kleiner Wiese. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Rebecca war immer schnell erreichbar und das Begrüssungspackage mit ein paar Lebensmittel sehr aufmerksam und freundlich von ihr. Es waren extrem erholsame Ferien mit Baby und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Better than the photos! Perfect location to stroll down to the lido, enjoy the views from the hot tub, and have a home made dinner / BBQ with the view too. Great space inside and excellent amenities - mosquito/insect blinds on all the windows so you can happily leave the doors open all day. Would highly recommend!

Schon bei der Ankunft war uns klar: Diesen Ort werden wir nicht zum letzten Mal besuchen! Die vier Tage hier waren einfach fantastisch. Katja und Alfredo haben sich mit viel Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit um unser Wohl gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum – liebevoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber, bestens ausgestattet und mit einem unglaublich bequemen Bett. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, es war herrlich ruhig. Man spürt sofort, dass Katja und Alfredo wissen, was echte Gastfreundschaft bedeutet. Schon die liebevollen Willkommensgeschenke haben gezeigt, wie willkommen wir hier sind. Für uns gibt es mehr als fünf Sterne – ein herzliches Dankeschön und: ci vediamo!

This was a 10 star experience! We absolutely loved our stay in Luciano and Katia’s house. It was perfect. The train is conveniently located within minutes of the house. Though it was near, you could not hear the train. It was quiet. The location is beautiful, in a valley between the Swiss Alps on one side and the Italian Alps on the other. We loved riding bicycles along the small farms nearby. Luciano is the friendliest host we’ve ever met, always eager to enhance our stay. He showed us the gorgeous scenery in different areas nearby. This house is the most well equipped we’ve stayed in with Airbnb. They generously supplied coffee, breakfast cereals, fruit, milk, juice, spices, cooking oil, and more. We would highly recommend this house and we would definitely return when we come back to Switzerland. Thank you Luciano and Katia! We had a wonderful week.

Das Apartment ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeber waren immer gut erreichbar, sehr entgegenkommend und Basil hat uns auch Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Zentrum von Locarno ist zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar, trotzdem ist es eine ruhige Wohngegend und die Seesicht ist ein grosses Highlight des Apartments! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick – jeden Morgen mit diesem Anblick aufzuwachen, war ein echtes Highlight. Die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen ein und ist perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die Gastgeber*in war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!☺️

Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

The host was super helpful and nice. The stay was pleasant I would only recommend that you take a car as it can be difficult to get around on foot.

Amazing house in the middle of a paradise! We loved every second of our weekend and would recommend this place if you want to relax and recharge from the chaos of the everyday life. The house was clean and has everything you need.

Wir haben die Unterkunft sofort gefunden. Wir bekamen von Christian und Laura eine Weg eschreibung per Video. Der Check in war reibungslos mit Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung ist supersauber, gemütlich und wunderbar ruhig und malerisch gelegen. Der Ort ist perfekt wenn man mal ganz ruhig für sich sein will. Wir fanden alles toll und werden auf jedenfalls nächstes Jahr wieder versuchen ein paar Tage bei Christian und Laura zu wohnen. Für uns war alles perfekt!

Der Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen kleinen Haus von Tom hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ruhige Lage und kühle Temperaturen in dem dicken gemauerten Haus waren sehr angenehm für uns, weil wir auf einem Ganztagseminar waren und einen kleinen Hund dabei hatten. Die Kommunikation mit Tom war einwandfrei. Das Häuschen war super sauber. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Und durch unseren Arbeitsaufenthalt konnten wir all die Möglichkeiten, die es anbot leider nicht nutzen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, wenn man mit einem guter erzogenen Hund unterwegs ist, dass man relativ weit marschieren muss, um entsprechende Grünflächen zum Lösen der Tiere zu finden. Weil wir sind gut erzogen und machen nicht in die Gärten anderer Leute. 🤣

Es war einfach toll! Die Lage ist etwas abseits aber mit super Ausblick auf den See ist dies wiederrum egal. Das Haus war sehr sauber und perfekt geeignet😀 Gerne wieder, Danke!

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Os vizinhos eram um pouco barulhentos e a luz do corredor acendia com sensor automático. O vizinho da frente se passa se acendia me a luz do corredor. Mas em geral estou muito contente com a estadia. Senhora Miranda muito atenciosa e simpática.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem idyllischen Airbnb in den Bergen bei Lake Lugano. Das kleine italienische Dorf strahlt Ruhe aus, perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Die umliegende Natur mit ihren Bergen ist atemberaubend, und es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Das Airbnb selbst ist makellos sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet – ein perfekter Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wer Ruhe, Natur und italienische Dorfidylle sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
