Our house looks out across the valley to an ancient church perched on the opposite hill. We are only 12 km away from the sea and from some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. There are multiple UNESCO World Heritage sites nearby, and we are surrounded by unspoilt countryside with hiking and cycling trails.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool.
