The house, built in 1989 and renovated in 2015, offers modern facilities and a spacious interior that can accommodate up to 14 people. With a plot of 5000 square meters and a house area of 221 square meters, there is plenty of space for both play and relaxation. The house is located only 1500 meters from the North Sea, making it the perfect place for those who love to spend time by the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun, swim in the sea or go on long walks along the coast. For those who want to bring their four-legged friends, pets are allowed, so the whole family can be together. Inside you will find a bright and inviting living area where you can relax after a long day. The house is equipped with wireless internet and a television with both Danish and German TV, so you can stay updated or enjoy a good movie in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a large 60 litre fridge freezer, making cooking a breeze. There are five bedrooms in the house, including three with double beds and two with bunk beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for all guests. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating, in addition, there is also a shower in the pool room. The house also has a guest toilet, which is practical for larger groups. Outside, you can enjoy the covered terrace, where you can barbecue and eat together while the children play on the swings, slide or in the sandbox. The large pool room, with a 19 square metre pool with water slide, as well as a hot tub that can accommodate two people, offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. For those who want to pamper themselves, there is also a sauna and solarium available. For the active guests, there are football goals in the garden so you can play a fun game with friends or family. Nice little conservatory to the west with sun terrace and morning terrace to the east. The apartment is heated with a heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Only 2.5 km to the lovely trading town of Lemvig, where there are restaurants, cafés and fine specialty shops. 13 km to the bustling North Sea, which is always an experience. Thyborøn, with a still active fishing port, can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

Bedroom w/2 single beds, can be combined into a double bed. Nice bathroom w/shower. Kitchen combined with the living room, where there is new furniture and sofa bed. Walking distance to the North Sea and the fjord. Relax in one of Thy's most original coastal towns, where there are the most locals. We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in other ways. NOTE: Electricity, water, heating, firewood, bed linen, towels and basic food are included in the price!

The beautiful North Sea is only 10 minutes by car from the apartment♥️♥️
