Hagland Havhytter - no. 1

Hagland Havhytter consists of 2 cabins and is located north of the city of Haugesund (15 minutes drive) on the west coast of Norway. The cabins are located about 100 meters apart. Haugesund is located between Stavanger in the south (2 hours drive) and Bergen in the north (3 hours drive). From the cabin you have fantastic views of rough, untouched nature with heather, rocks and open sea. Treat yourself to a stay full of impressions and experiences with complete peace and quiet in a cabin with high comfort. Here you will find peace in body and mind.

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Great cabin on Varaldsøy overlooking Hardangerfjorden and Folgefonna glacier. The cabin has a sauna, and a large and sunny terrace. Registered fishing company for tourist fishing. Possibility of renting a boat for fishing, about 300 meters to the berth. One of two identical cabins for rent. There are great beaches on the island, and many nice mountain hikes you can go on. The cabin has three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with a family bed and a bunk bed. Bed linen and towels can be rented if desired. You can drive to the door.

The house off the beaten track. If you want be totally alone in the woods in a house steeped in history, this is the place. Most of the inventory is historically and intact. A mini museum. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

You’ll stay in a charming wooden cabin (or chalet, if we’re feeling French) sleeping up to seven people. Set among orchards, cideries, mountains and fjords, it’s a perfect base for hikes like Trolltunga and Dronningstien, nearby waterfalls, fresh fruit in season, and even kayaking or SUP on the fjord. Unwind and get close to each other and the elements of nature, without wifi or TV. Pastures w/ sheep and hens just off the property. You will experience privacy, calm and rural nature at "The Cliff".

Cozy Fjord Cabin by Mt. Hornelen

If you need to relax, this cabin, in natural surroundings is perfect for you! The name of the cabin is "Urastova". On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with sheep and sometimes deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. We have 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, motor boat and 2 SUP boards for rent if available and on request.

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .
