Pleasant quiet house

Beautiful family house of 190 m² for eight people, quiet and not overlooked, in the small village of Vestric and Candiac (home village of Marquis de Montcalm ). Walled garden with unfenced swimming pool of 9m x 4m (depth 1.40 m) secured by an alarm ( children who are not swimming must remain under supervision ) and summer kitchen equipped with a plancha. Closed parking for four cars is available for your use. We prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday for summer periods.

17m2 studio adjoining our house including on the ground floor a living room: an equipped kitchen, a sofa, a table, a TV. On the first is a mezzanine with a bed area, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. You will have access to the shared swimming pool (with us the owners) from April to October from 11am to 6:30 pm and to sunbathe sunbeds will be available. A dining area next to the pool is reserved for you (with umbrella)
