Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Vésubie

The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen works well with a large fridge and everything you need. Only tricky part is accessing the unit after the street is closed to traffic. Either a few blocks walk with luggage, or make sure you register your vehicle with the Host over 48 hours in advance (wasn't entirely clear), since check-in is after the street is closed. But once that's all squared, it's a great location to explore the town.

This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Nice for 3. It is within walking distance of the beach or other attractions or public transport is close by and easy to navigate. Philippe was an excellent host and very proactive to check on us and communicate. We appreciate his kindness and all of his efforts to assure we were taken care of and felt welcomed.

This place is excellent. Was here for a week (for work) and it was very close to the train station (less than 10 minute walk) and la Croisette (~15 minutes). The hosts are incredibly responsive and share lots of clear instructions. The place was clean, very well decorated and an all around lovely space. Hope to rebook for next year! Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk from the center and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is complicated to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in view of the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! what a great host Thomas is,communication was excellent from booking. He met us at the apartment to give the key and advise on the lift and amenities.He also gave us a bottle of wine,a really nice gesture. The apartment was very comfortable,a great bed, it was a little noisy from traffic,but it didnt stop us enjoying sitting on the little balcony with a glass of wine. A vibrant location ,5 minutes walking to the port.Great local supermarket. 15 mins to Garibalidi Square and the old town. Would highly recommend this Air b&b..

We had a wonderful week The apartment is great Communication with Maryline was perfect. The accommodation is very clean, the bedding was perfect for us. The terrace is really a plus for breakfast and dinner in the evening. The region is superb for hikers like us. Possibility of finding basins for swimming 30 minutes in the Gorges de l'Esteron we highly recommend Maryline. Thanks Christian Sophie and Zoé 🐕

Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small for sure, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your hospitality, kindness and availability.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. I spent 3 nights with my daughter in this accommodation and I have nothing but positive things to say! The apartment is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and functionality. It is also very well located: I did not touch the car during the stay, everything is within walking distance. It's also very quiet. Having a private place and the elevator is a real plus. Julien was very responsive to every question I asked. When I arrived, I was greeted by a person named Katia, who was lovely and explained everything to me. I had already come to Valberg and this accommodation was the best I rented so far, a real favorite. In short, I have absolutely nothing negative to say, everything is in accordance with the listing and the photos. We had a great time throughout the stay! I'll remember the address for next time!!! Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

You honestly cannot beat this location. 30 minute walk to Antibes, 10 minute train to Cannes and a 2 minute walk to a spectacular beach. The apartment was clean and the AC was very nice to come home to after a long day in the sun. Stefania was extremely responsive and we had to problems checking in!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
