Welcome to book our house at a favorable “try-on” price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self sufficient on electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the grid. The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Distance to Stockholm 1.5 hours by bus and about 1 hour by car. Close to 18-hole golf course. Essential spots on Ljusterö: The Nature Reserve on Östra Lagnö with a cliff bath and carving yard. Linanäs community with restaurant and boat connection with Stockholm via Vaxholm. Siaröfortet is accessed by boat connection from Östanå.

From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful cabin in Roslagen, 1 hour travel time from Stockholm. It is 2km to nearest beach bath and exercise loops are next to the house. It's 4 km away from grocery store and pizzeria. On the grounds there is a large oval trampoline with basketball baskets, football goals, badminton net, large patio, charcoal grill, hammock. Racket and balls in the cabins.
