Idéal pour visiter Genève car proche de toutes commodités et arrêt de tram à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Place de parc devant la maison. Avec micro-onde et machine à café. Jolie pergola avec coin repas dans le jardin. Merci de ne pas fumer à l’intérieur de la maisonnette.

Très belle maison à la frontière de Genève avec vue panoramique sur Genève, le Jura, le lac Léman et le jet d'eau. A 5 min de la douane de Croix de Rozon, sa situation au calme, a un accès rapide au centre ville de Genève, 30 min d'Annecy. Véhicule indispensable avec parking gratuit devant la maison. Merci de ne pas faire de demande si vous voyagez avec des enfants de moins de 12 ans. LES ANIMAUX SONT STRICTEMENT INTERDITS. Nous n'acceptons que les voyageurs bénéficiant de commentaires positifs.

Ce logement offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Il comporte une pièce à vivre avec un canapé lit, une chambre et une salle de bain ainsi qu'un jardin privatif avec terrasse; l'ensemble se situe dans notre très grand jardin (en face de notre maison). Vous êtes à 3 minutes à pied des arrêt de bus vous menant directement au bord du lac, à la gare, de la vieille ville et à l'aéroport, à 10 min des tram 12 et 17 et CEVA Deux vélos adultes et des vélos enfants sont à disposition.

Beaucoup de charme dans cette maison ancienne mitoyenne de 1820, située dans le vieux hameau d’Arare, sur la commune de Plan les Ouates. Elle donne sur une ruelle peu passante, offrant une atmosphère calme et intime. Le logement a conservé ses éléments d’origine, avec un carrelage en terre cuite au rez de chaussée et un escalier en bois d’époque qui grince légèrement et participe au caractère authentique de la maison. Récemment rénovée, la maison est lumineuse et agréable à vivre.
