It has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a private garden with a terrace; the whole thing is located in our very large garden (in front of our house). You are a 3-minute walk from bus stops that take you directly to the lake, the train station, the old town and the airport, and 10 minutes from trams 12 and 17 and CEVA Two adult bicycles and children's bicycles are available.

The accommodation has retained its original elements, with terracotta tiling on the ground floor and a period wooden staircase that squeaks slightly and contributes to the authentic character of the house. Recently renovated, the house is bright and pleasant to stay in.
