Endroit calme et lumineux avec plusieurs fenêtres donnant sur la verdure et sur le grand jardin. Idéal pour visiter Genève car proche de toutes commodités et arrêt de tram à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Place de parc devant la maison. Avec micro-onde et machine à café. Jolie pergola avec coin repas dans le jardin. Merci de ne pas fumer à l’intérieur de la maisonnette.

Elle donne sur une ruelle peu passante, offrant une atmosphère calme et intime. Le logement a conservé ses éléments d’origine, avec un carrelage en terre cuite au rez de chaussée et un escalier en bois d’époque qui grince légèrement et participe au caractère authentique de la maison.
