We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tivoli, and Cecilia and her family were a major part in making that a reality. From the beginning they were proactive and friendly in their communication with us, and they we very helpful with the information they provided regarding local spots to visit. We would definitely be happy to stay with them again in a future visit to Tivoli and highly recommend that anyone looking for a stay at a place that is central to everything in Tivoli do so with Cecilia. Potential visitors should only be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there are only stairs, so if that is something that is physically difficult for you, then you should be aware of that. For us, it was not a deterrent, and we got a good little exercise on our way in from and out to our adventures.

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

Kindness, availability distinguish Giampiero who with his taste has created a fantastic environment with generous spaces and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is kept with clean and tidy care. If I get a chance, I'll definitely come back.

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavors. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. Christian was an exquisite and helpful host. The house is also more beautiful than the photos and has all the necessary amenities. Very close to the supermarket for any need. The bike path to the center of Borgo Hermada allowed my daughter to move independently with the scooter. Exceptional stay. Thank you very much Christian for always being ready to meet every request. Very close to the Borgo Hermada equestrian club for those who, like my daughter, participate in horseback riding competitions. We recommend it to everyone! And we hope to come back soon to take a dip in the beautiful private pool too!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Salvatore and Paola's cottage for a week! Salvatore communicated via messages prior to check in to ensure a smooth experience and offered many suggestions for local restaurants, beaches & points of interest. He, Paola & their 2 dogs were so welcoming and friendly! Salvatore joined us on the terrace one day with a bottle of limoncello made by Paola's mother...a refreshing and delicious, unexpected and thoughtful treat! He also left us some delicious loquat medlar fruit (which I never heard of) that he picked on the property. The cottage is very cozy, simply and beautifully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay! All necessities were provided and like new (towels/sheets, kitchenware, soap/shampoo) as well as extras like olive oil, spices, coffee/tea/juice and cookies. The terrace was extra amazing & offered a relaxing start and end to each day, with amazing ocean and sunset views! We Highly Recommend!

Immersed in nature and tranquility in a home where nothing is missing. Giacinto and his wife are very kind and always ready to meet every request regarding the places to see and the dishes to taste. The surroundings offer everything from the sea to the historic villages, to the abbeys and the house is in a great location to reach them. We had a great time!

Anna Maria / Michele house was as authentic medieval Italian house as it gets. This is the real deal, massive personality and a genuine treasure. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer, so responsive, so accommodating and incredibly helpful. If you’re staying in or around Carpineto, I couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough!
