The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. TV (cable TV) in both rooms. Large garden as my guests are welcome to use. There is a deck dedicated for guests. My small dog Futte (hypoallergenic) runs freely in the garden and is happy to entertain guests. She is very fond of children.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away.
