The cozy bedroom with a 160 double bed, dresser and wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is equipped and provided with all comforts with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge, stove and coffee maker.

The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.

Maison Coq – Le Petit Poulailler

La Maison Coq is located in the historic center of Semur-en-Auxois, 120 m from the Collegiate Church. In addition to the owners' home, it has three independent lodgings (Le Petit Poulailler, Pinot Noir and Grand Ordinaire). Le Petit Poulailler, a 35 m² micro-house on two levels, is the most cozy of them. Warning: in winter, the indoor temperature peaks at 19°.
