As the publication says, spacious and bright. A very good area, safe, nice and quiet. Good balcony overlooking Av. del Libertador. Two comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms.

Pilar's apartment is beautiful! As seen in the photos . The neighborhood is also very safe and quiet. You can park on the street without any problem, and that is very convenient. The attention we received from Pilar was excellent. She was always attentive. Highly recommended, and we would return without hesitation!

Apartment in a prime and safe area. Nearby park, river, trot or bicycle circuits, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with receptionist day and night, security key to enter the building and to take an elevator or enter common spaces. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the post, the desk is appreciated for those who work remotely. Despite being 1 ambience, it is spacious and private. Hostess Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous way. A very good experience to recommend.

Claudio's apartment is the same as the photos and description. Very nice, comfortable and equipped. All new and working perfectly. Communication with Claudio was quick and smooth. I recommend it.

I had an excellent experience during my recent stay. The host was kind and attentive, always willing to help and answer any questions. The apartment was exactly as shown in the description and photos: clean, cozy and with all the amenities listed. The location is ideal, close to several attractions and with easy access to public transportation. I felt very comfortable during my stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. I would stay here again in the future.

Very nice apartment, one of the most complete I have visited. Belen showed herself in the order and with a good disposition at all times. The neighborhood is also very nice, quiet with old but spectacular buildings. I highly recommend it!

Great place near Palermo with great internet and great water pressure. Hosts are super nice and responsive. Super easy, comfortable stay for a month.

I loved staying in this apartment! Was very conveniently located, felt safe and had a lot of space. It felt amazingly comfortable for a longer stay, and I really appreciated the communication and support of Barbara throughout. The rooftop pool was also beautiful in the sun.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

The apartment is divine. Extremely spacious. Just like the pictures. The bed is comfortable. Everything was very clean. When we arrived we were missing cups and glasses but Alejandro solved the problem right away. The apartment is well located, it is close to many restaurants and places however it is a quiet street, it does not disturb the noise at all. The heated pool is divine and the gym is very good. Alejandro always responds to you and also awaits you with water and drinks in the refrigerator that is not so frequent on airbnbs. Everything is excellent. We will definitely be back. I recommend!

Convenient location and well-equipped facilities around

The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super pleasant area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the region, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. Host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations by wpp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!
