The apartment is beautiful! Perfect location. Clean, warm and super equipped with everything you need to have a nice stay and feel at home. It has a beautiful balcony terrace overlooking the city. I highlight Alejandro's kindness and willingness. We are very grateful to him, since he responded quickly to our needs, and was flexible with the check-in and check-out. Our trip to Buenos Aires was for medical studies and we felt very comfortable. I recommend it and of course we will return. Thank you Alejandro for having us!

I rented Ivan's apartment for my parents who came to visit and were really happy. So much so that my mom told me several times "please leave an excellent review"😂. The apartment was spotless. Besides being very nice, it is very functional and fully equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful, the area is quiet and there are places to eat, drink tea and walk. Ivan's predisposition was total. We will definitely choose it again when my parents return.

Apartment in a prime and safe area. Nearby park, river, trot or bicycle circuits, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with receptionist day and night, security key to enter the building and to take an elevator or enter common spaces. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the post, the desk is appreciated for those who work remotely. Despite being 1 ambience, it is spacious and private. Hostess Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous way. A very good experience to recommend.

I stayed for a month and I can't say a bad word about my stay at Gustavo and Nuria's apartment. It was very clean and welcoming, and had all the amenities that I needed during my stay. The location is excellent, very near Parque Saavedra and a abundance of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The subte (metro) is only a 10-15 minute walk away and the main road two blocks away has buses to pretty much everywhere. I would highly recommend this apartment!

The depa is very nice, everything was clean. I was close to many useful and recreational places. In addition, Roberto was always very attentive and willing to help
