Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment, it’s stylish, bright, clean, and very well located. Everything was just as expected. The train station, shops, and restaurants are all close by, and there’s also a lovely green park nearby (Parc du Boiron), perfect for a walk or a quiet moment. The only downside — which wasn’t mentioned in advance — is the lack of sound insulation. The apartment faces the road, and at night you can hear passing cars and trains quite clearly. So if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs just in case. Other than that, it’s a great place, and I would happily stay there again.

Accommodation close to Geneva (20 - 30 minutes by car via the A1) with an outside compatible cats. In fact, in this village with pretty dwellings, all the houses seem to belong to a cat in a friendly atmosphere. It's possible to walk among the vineyards and woods on foot from the property where a few dog owners are walking around. This place was what I needed.

My stay at Morgan's went very well. Very clean apartment and as described. Good exposure (sun from morning to evening) Rental near hiking trails and the center of Les Rousses and shops (supermarket and bakery) Flexible check-in if needed and if possible. If necessary for the high-performance WiFi remote work. Otherwise at the end of the stay I met Morgan who is very friendly and upon arrival not being available he did not hesitate to call and text to see if everything was okay. An address that I remember for a new stay in Les Rousses
