We had everything we needed. Close to the tram, grocery, city center and more. Reservations at restaurants are a must on Friday and Saturday.

New apartment very luxurious and very nice with a spectacular view, I recommend it if they come to spend a few days with family and friends . Pretty spacious . It lacks some things like a broom collector a better mop and of course a washing machine would not be bad although 4 min away you have a laundry. A carpet in the bathroom too , they would have to change the pans there is a big one that all the food is burning there is another small one but the material is taking off and I don't think it is very healthy to cook in them . My recommendation to invest in some new pots and pans , we made eggs in a pot😂😂😂. But they are details that can be improved in the rest, very well, the owner is very responsive. Thank you for having us before the scheduled time and let us leave 1h later although in the end we did not make it another point, the comfortable beds, thank you

Good welcome , very good exchange by phone. Well located apartment 5 minutes from Place de Jaude. Very bright, clean, well arranged, quiet. Very nice apartment. On the other hand, we were not able to use the underground garage because the entrance is too steep for our vehicle (mazda sedan 3) rubbing the underbody at the entrance to the parking lot. However, it's easy to park on the street (wide street) but for a fee. Despite this, we recommend this apartment.

Everything was perfect, there is nothing to complain about in Benoît's hospitality. We loved the omnipresence of books in the house. We immediately felt at home. The house and garden are very nice. Benoît has great confidence in us, leaving us his cat, musical instruments... it's a pleasure. I highly recommend it and we will certainly come back if our paths bring us back to Thiers.

Spacious apartment, well distributed, quiet. Particularly welcoming and competent hosts. The bedding could perhaps be improved, as well as the size of the TV. No wifi (for fans it could be annoying).

This house is amazing! Even more beautiful in real life! Impeccably clean, with quality decoration and furniture and a breathtaking view. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to major roads, it is perfect. The pool was impeccable and had a perfect temperature! My only regret: having stayed there for professional reasons and not personal, so I could enjoy it even more!! The host is pleasant, flexible and discreetly concerned with the well-being of travelers. In short: we would like to live there! Thanks for everything!!

This place is great to stay at! We had a race week-end at Circuit de Charade, the track was less than 10’ away, which was absolute comfort to come back from the hot days at the track and to jump into the pool 👌🏻 Again, many thanks Kristof & Lili for the great place!

We were a large group of friends and really enjoyed the accommodation that perfectly matched our needs. Mansour and his sister were very welcoming and also very flexible, especially on the departure time, to allow us to enjoy the place to the fullest even the next day before our departure. Having already planned a lot of things for our weekend, we also appreciated that the bed linen and breakfast were included, it was less to plan for us. In short, we had a lovely time.

Friendly and welcoming host. The accommodation is in a pleasant environment and offers the necessary amenities. A great place to meet and enjoy a meal outdoors, with a barbecue why not, before exploring the petanque court or playing on the table tennis table. Good value for money! Thank you for hosting us.
