Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Victoria Falls

A place to be away from home. So much of a homely environment.

I bought a room from Allan for one night to support him and his family. Do the same and make life easier for Allan and his family during this CONVID-19 !

The place was beautiful and well kept. Responses and feedback from Karen was prompt and she was very flexible with our check-in given our early arrival. I highly recommend this place.

What an amazing stay my friends and I had. The place was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The location was beautiful, and peaceful, with a restaurant just across the street. We really had a great time, we hade everything we needed for our staycation. The host also had transport services we could use (at extra charge) and are able to book activities at discounted rates for their guests. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.

Simba & Blessing made our 1st trip to Victoria Falls beautiful. Our accomodations were better than we imaged. The pictures did not do it justice. It was so peaceful and relaxing. When Blessing found out my husband and I were vegan she suggested we try their sugar beans that were slowly cooked overnight - DELICIOUS. Simba checked on us every day making sure we were making the best of our time there. The whole staff (special shout out to Cynthia & Trish) showed us tender loving care. When we return to Victoria Falls, we won't look for any other lodging besides Furusa Guest House !

They were wonderful hosts. We stayed three nights. On the first night, we arrived late but Ruby waited for us and took us to the restaurant when we were hungry. The room was very comfortable and we had no problems.

Blessing and Simba are wonderful hosts. Far from what airbnb is becoming (a box with keys on the wall) or a hotel or hostel using it as a platform, they are true hosts, what aribnb was meant to be. From the first contact, to reservation, to organising transport and excursions very responsive. The lodging is truly well taken care of with good vibes all throughout and wonderful staff. Really welcoming host despite me arriving really late in the evening, she still waited and welcomed me into her amazing home. I was also fortunate enough to get a brief tour around Livingstone by her. She made some helpful suggestions about the places to visit. I definitely recommend more guests to reserve their stay in her home.

I had a great time staying here. It was so pleasant and felt right at home right away. Buche was so helpful with booking things for me that it made things so easy. The neighborhood was nice and safe with friendly people all around. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find out that it’s designed so each room has its own bathroom as well so it felt nice and private as well as having the nice common spaces :).

I had an amazing stay with my family from 23 to 28 December 2024 during the Christmas week. Everyone in the family totally enjoyed the stay. The house was clean, and the caretaker Mike was always reachable and ready to help with anything. My little daughters loved swimming in the private pool during the hot afternoons in Victoria Falls. The WiFi was great; making it easy for the family to be online whenever they wanted to. The gated neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The host Annie is a great communicator and very responsive. I highly recommend this luxury holiday home in Victoria Falls without any reservations and would encourage anyone traveling to Victoria Falls to try it!

During our stay around Zimbabwe, Livingstone, Zambia and Botswana by car, Thorn tree house is our basecamp. So nice to come back every time and looking back to all experiences and making plans for the next days. Quit, beautiful, good equipped and friendly staff! Don’t miss this if you plan to go to Livingstone Zambia and surroundings!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Blessing and Simba during our trip to Victoria Falls! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and stress-free. The place was very clean and well-kept, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out was their exceptional hospitality. They kindly collected our bags from the airport at no extra cost while we went straight into our first activity. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our arrival seamless. Throughout our stay, they were fantastic communicators and always ready to assist. The value for money was unbeatable, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Highly recommend staying with Blessing and Simba if you’re visiting Vic Falls.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. The Platinum Peak team went above and beyond to welcome us, and then support us while we were there. The customer service far exceeded expectations. The apartment is exceptionally well appointed, especially the kitchen, with high end appliances. In particular we appreciated having properly functioning air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as the living space. The location is perfect. It’s in a really nice area. It’s walking distance to the town centre, probably about 30 minutes. There is a 7/11 across the road which although small, it is better stocked and in most cases cheaper than Pick and Pay. Also very convenient having a nice restaurant across the street that does fantastic milkshakes, as well as pizzas. Finally a shout out to the amazing housekeeping team. I’ve never seen such beautiful towel swans. Thank you team.
