This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood

Spacious, 3 bedroom lower duplex unit located in the beautiful and safe Fulton neighborhood. Just 2 blocks to Lake Harriet, with it's walking paths and historic bandshell. From a guest: "I come and stay in Minneapolis once a month and this is the most at-home and comfortable I have felt anywhere. Would totally recommend it. The upstairs is rented by longterm tenants who are friendly, respectful & wonderful people. Dog friendly (1 dog - over 2 years old, less than 25 pounds. Your dog must be kept in crate when you go out. Message Kelly for pre-approval of your pet. This is our only AirBnB. Kelly lives 2 miles away and maintains it herself.
