Penthouse Loft in Bellevue

The flat is only 2 houses away from the mansion of the president of Germany in the heart of the city with amazing connectivity to the airport. It's on the upper (6th floor - with elevator) with a huge balcony to the southwest, directly over the river Spree. The flat has just been fully renovated and everything is brand new, the bed, the kitchen, the bathroom, the floors, and walls BUT it is a work in progress! The planned separation of the space is not yet in place and it has few furniture.

Unser Happy Store bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Als Familie auch zu viert.

Dies ist meine geliebte Wohnung, in der ich normalerweise lebe, wenn ich nicht auf Reisen bin (das bin ich oft!). Eine ruhige Wohnung mit 2 Wohnräumen und einem Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne. Mehrere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür. U7 Yorckstraße, S1, S2 und S75. Ca 120qm Wohnfläche. Potsdamer Platz, Kudamm, Winterfeldplatz, Viktoria-Park und der belebte Bergmannstraßen-Kiez sind jeweils ca 1 km entfernt. Der große Park am Gleisddreieck grenzt direkt an das Haus.

Every Saturday there is a market at the Winterfeldtmarkt. Just around the corner you can rent a bicycle. The nearest metro station, S-Bahn and buses are all directly accessible by foot in 5 minutes.
