It's easy to feel comfortable here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive, and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

The accommodation is located with a fantastic proximity and view of Siljan and right next door is a fantastic swimming area, Persborgsbrygga. Here you also live with a proximity to Rättvik city center, about 2.5 km away. Between the house and Siljan, there is a busy train track, trains pass daily and you notice it for a few seconds. The bedrooms are located in the other direction, nothing noticeable when you stay in the bedrooms.

On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and must be done before check-out.

Trädäck med utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrum, blir 190x140 cm utfälld. Sovloft med dubbelsäng 200 x 160 cm (lågt till tak). Klaffbord och 4 st hopfällbara stolar finns också i huset. Information till barnfamiljer: Sovloftet är olämpligt för små barn. Notera att Riksvägen går framför huset.

Välkommen att bo i vackra Gärdebyn med utsikt över Siljan och granne med byns midsommarstång. Stugan är inte stor men väldigt charmig! Perfekt för dig som söker ett ställe att övernatta på efter tex en Dalhalla konsert. Bussen till Dalhalla går en kort promenad ifrån stugan för den som önskar. (Hantverksbyn). Det finns ett separat rum i uthuset med en kemtoalett och möjlighet att tvätta händerna. Dusch kan lånas i stora huset för 50:-. Varmt välkommen!
