"Villa Siljan" Outstanding lake view near Rättvik C

New eight-family house/small house with about 25 m2 of living space by Lake Siljan and about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and bike trails. Wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Sofa bed in the living room, measures 190x140 cm when unfolded. Sleeping loft with a 200x160 cm mattress pad (low ceiling). A folding table and 4 folding chairs are located in the house. There is a guest cottage with 2 beds which can also be rented (extra charge). Note: The sleeping loft is not suitable for young children, and the main road runs right in front of the house.

Welcome to our cottage in Rättvik. The cottage is in a quiet residential area about 1.5 km from central Rättvik. The cottage has a kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and fan. The dining area has a bar table and bar stools. Bathroom with washing machine on the lower floor and bedroom with double bed on the upper floor and balcony. From the balcony outside, there are beautiful views of Lake Siljan. The cottage is rented out as self-catering. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. The guests clean up before departure. Cleaning products are available.

It's easy to feel comfortable here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive, and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The accommodation is located with a fantastic proximity and view of Siljan and right next door is a fantastic swimming area, Persborgsbrygga. Here you also live with a proximity to Rättvik city center, about 2.5 km away. Between the house and Siljan, there is a busy train track, trains pass daily and you notice it for a few seconds. The bedrooms are located in the other direction, nothing noticeable when you stay in the bedrooms.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with personal decor in Dala style. The cottage is located with amazing views of Siljan. On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and must be done before check-out.

With proximity to Carl Larsson's home, Falu Mine and Falun, this is a perfect starting point for those who want to explore Dalarna. Due to the great interest and increasing number of guests for our cottage, we no longer offer breakfast.

Welcome to stay in beautiful Gärdebyn with a view of Siljan and next door to the village's midsummer pole. The farm is idyllically located and there are playful cats and tame ducks here. The cottage is not big but very charming! Ideal if you're looking for a place to stay after, for example, a Dalhalla concert. The bus to Dalhalla stops a short walk from the cottage for those who wish to use it. (Hantverksbyn). Warm welcome!
