Large living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker...), 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a laundry room.

The shared dipping pool is a couple of minutes walk away up the drive-way at the other side of the Villa Arregui... with views across the hills.

We live upstairs but we are discreet and available to advise you if necessary.
