Everything is great with the house, it is as shown in the photos, spacious and very comfortable, in a quiet area and with everything you need!

We went as a family to celebrate New Year's Eve. The house is very nice and cozy. Very comfortable beds, very well-equipped kitchen. They didn't skimp on firewood for the fireplace, the rooms are spacious with good space for clothes. Manuel took wonderful care of us, making everything easy. We all agree that it is a place to go back to.

It's been one of my best hosting experiences. My friends congratulated me on the choice of accommodation. We were all delighted. Jesus, the gardener, showed us the land and the house with great detail and kindness. All the very thoughtful details and Montse's service was wonderful. I felt very pampered by her. I wish we can repeat. Everything has been facilities. Thank you very much!

Our family of 6 stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We were welcomed in person by Mar, who along with her husband, are the most gracious and generous people you could meet. They offered many excellent suggestions of places to visit, restaurants, etc. The location of this house is perfect. It offers an incredible view of the ocean and beach, which is an easy 5 minute stroll from the house. We also did many excursions in the area - all easy drives from the house, including the Picos de Europa, Oviedo, Llastres, Ribadesella, Miradore del Fitu, Covadonga, etc. I cannot recommend this house enough ! As other reviewers have noted, the house exceeds all expectations set by the already impressive photos on the listing.

We had a wonderfull stay at Casa Pepin. With the ocean in the front and the Picos in the back, it is excellently located for exploring the beauty of Asturia (surf, mountainbike, hiking, visiting historic towns,…). The garden with its flowers,trees and pool is magnificent, the house is tastefully decorated in an original way and provides everything you need. Casa Pepin is a dream location!

We had a great family holiday, a beautiful beachside house, wonderful design. Superb views and a fantastic location. Comillas is a very pretty town, September was the perfect time to visit, very quiet, it’s not in August. Best restaurant El Remedio, excellent value and beautiful seetings. Also, La Veleta by the port, simple food and friendly staff, wonderful views. You’ll benefit from having a car on rainy days. All beaches nearby stunning and very non-commercial. Good for Surf. Very near to the town and restaurants. Hasta luego Comillas y gracias Esperanza.

A great stay. A house in the middle of nature (but with easy access), with a garden and barbecue. The rooms are spacious and have more than what is necessary. The owners are always available for anything and very, very kind. Unbeatable value for money, we will definitely repeat.

The house was very well maintained, clean and tidy. The garden is very large and completely enclosed, ideal if you are traveling with a dog. The area is very quiet with good walks, without shops nearby. Entry and out times were very flexible. Johanna was always very attentive to our requests.

The blue house is very good, the area is comparable to paradise in tranquility. We were very comfortable, the jacuzzi is a joy and everything is prepared so that you do not get bored, from surfboards and kajack to karaoke and play games and many board games. Maria is very kind and concerned about her clients would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

Rosa was charming to us at all times. She's a great host. The house is very well maintained and is very large. It has everything that is described and is very comfortable for the Sella descent or if you want to do sightseeing in the area. We will definitely be back :)
