The Creekside Cottage

The Creekside Cottage is quietly located on our 240 acre property. If you're looking for a quiet "get-away" then our quaint, studio cottage is for you. We have a queen bed. Outside, we have a fire ring with firewood, grill, outdoor seating, and beautiful view. We DO NOT have TV/internet, or WiFi, although most phones get service. There is a small kitchenette but there is NO oven/stove. We DO have a toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot Keurig, coffee pods, and bottled water.

This unique place has a style all its own. This adorable cabin is located steps away from Mosquito Lake, bars and restaurants, bait shops, public boat launch and minutes away from lovely wineries. Perfect for small families or couples. This cabin has been professionally designed and updated. Relax on the deck and listen to live music during the summer months. The sleeping space is a loft separated by a wall. Queen bed on one side, double bed and a single up top on the other side.

Northside Haven

This spacious, two-bedroom, one-bath apartment is the second floor of our century home and overlooks Crandall Park part of the historic district on Youngstown's North Side. You will be within 5 minutes driving distance of YSU, Culture House (our hyper local coffee shop), Dahlia's Caribbean Cooking, Wick Park (great jogging path), Stambaugh Auditorium, grocery store, dry cleaning, and post office. The architecture of the homes in this neighborhood are an attraction unto themselves.
