Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.

Mr. Brown's Father built this spacious home in 1999 with cypress trees felled and split on his Farm. Adding to its Charm are a Den fireplace, 2 porches with rocking chairs, 2 ponds, and a powered Gazebo. Located on 10 acres next to a 50 acre farm field. Access-Private Drive.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.
