Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vieques

Our family stay was wonderful. We weren't at the house very much but there was LOTS of room for the 5 of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and roomy and great living, common and kitchen area. Very homey and great communication with our host. Was very close to everything we did and where we ate. Totally great stay!! Thank you for all your help!

We loved our stay on Vieques! The house was in the perfect location for sunsets and snorkeling just off of the private beach below. Lots of room for our family of 6. We appreciated having the 3 bathrooms and LOVED the outdoor shower. How tranquil to shower and stare at the ocean at the same time!We cooked most of our meals at home. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We were fortunate enough to have Josh just up the street to answer our questions and provide us with advice and history lessons about the island, food and tourist activities. We ended up changing our plans based on his recommendations and our trip worked out so much better! We would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Josh!

We arrived in the Esperanza area of Vieques for a destination wedding. We picked Matt's place because it was central and within walking distance of most all other wedding guests. Matt's place did not disappoint. Of all other AirBnB's we say...I have to say ours was the best :) The home is around most all restaurants in the area and we rented an ATV during our stay that made getting from point a to point b to point c super easy! Matt is a super communicator and the home is exactly as described and even better. It was an amazing place to stay for an amazing event. THANK YOU Matt for all you did to make us feel at home.

Súper cozy, the space was very clean. Has everything you need for a beach day. The pool is clean and just the perfect set up. Avis car rental is walking distance and hooked it up with a jeep. I highly recommend staying at Casa Blanca.

First time in Vieques and couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. This penthouse apt has the most stunning view and is secluded yet central enough to get anywhere easily. Perfect spot to watch stars or see the weather change on the surrounding landscape throughout the day. Outdoor shower is also a treat. Would love to come back here again someday!

Sugar Paradise met our expectations. The house was spotless, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and the pool was the cherry on top to enjoy after a day exploring the island. Location is only 15 to 20 minutes from Esperanza and the port. We will definitely consider this place if we visit vieques again in the future.

It takes effort to get here, but the property and village of Esperanza are worth it. Property is 5 minute walk to restaurants, 10 minutes to a great beach, and the neighborhood and village felt very safe and welcoming. Great property - as described, clean, functional and great for our family of five.

This was a great stay for us. Plenty of room and a beautiful view. The house was comfortable and had all the things you could use for a beach trip. We enjoyed it very much!!!

Heather’s place is perfection. We explored the whole island and agreed—there’s nowhere else we would have rather stayed. Comfortable bed, dreamy hammock, perfect location. We used the beach gear and outdoor shower every day and walked to Black Flamingo coffee with the neighbor dogs each morning. I’d live here if I could! Alfonso was also incredibly kind and helpful with food and beach recs. Light sleeper note: Pack an eye mask and earplugs for the early-morning rooster roll call—it’s a thing across the island and not specific to this place.

It’s nice for a short stay. We stayed two nights but we mainly just used it to sleep. During the day we were at the beach. The golf cart was convenient to get around but you do have to pay extra to use, it doesn’t come included with the Airbnb. The hosts were very responsive and gave us recommendations. They provided beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling gear to use! The last day we had to take the ferry back to ceiba at 5:30AM and when we asked the host for reliable taxis to take us, Jules ones of the co-host offered to drive us there, which we thought was very nice of her! The only thing was I didn’t like the bathroom towels, they didn’t dry too good. Could be my own preference though but everything else was good!

I recommend it. It has everything related to car rentals, also a bakery and restaurants, very good place.

Great place to stay for my first time spending the night at Vieques. Clean, peaceful and friendly hosts. They even offered 1/2 off for my night because of the construction going on early morning. Would stay here again.

Great location, easy walk to beaches, restaurants, and the ferry. Jose was very responsive and answered any questions we had promptly. Everything you could need for the beach is provided at the apartment.

Words can not describe what a wonderful getaway we had at Sal del Mar. Our hosts were more than helpful and anticipated our every need! The unit was spotless, comfortable and equipped with all one could possibly need and more. The views from the back deck are spectacular and close enough to Sea Glass Beach to lull you to sleep with the sound of the waves! Like Paradise! Thank you Marie and Mike!

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! I had a great time in Luquillo, beautiful and many things to do around.

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

Fantastic Airbnb, would absolutely stay again. Coral is very responsive and answered any questions we had in a very prompt manner.

This airbnb is exceptional. It has above and beyond amenities/stock like tin foil, sunscreen, beach towels, umbrella, beach game. Additionally- the views are wonderful, the ac works and the bed is comfy! Literally my only note for the whole place is that the pillows are intensely stuffed and for someone with neck problems this posed a difficulty for me- this is minor, but just wanted to note it. I hope to stay here again! I read reviews that said grocery store, etc was walkable and while this is true- I thought it would be helpful to know that the grocery and walgreens are across a pretty busy highway like road- so we drove even though it is right across the street. Luquillo which is walkable (by beach or street) or a short drive had restaurants, coffeeshops, breakfast, etc.

I had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely amazing with a stunning view that made each morning feel special. It was clean, and stocked with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was responsive, kind, and made check-in and communication effortless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

The place itself is well situated, the beach below is easily accessible and comfortable for any size family or group of people…(the beach chairs being included is always my absolute favorite part of airbnbs such as this). There were many places to eat surrounding the airbnb. We always felt safe here. It was nice being so close to the airport. There were a lot of supplies ready for us here. Instructions were clear, friendly and easy to follow from host. Parking in the garage below was easy and right next to the elevator. You can’t beat the view of the Atlantic either. Would recommend you book this place next time you visit Puerto Rico!
