JJ is an outstanding host-very responsive and helpful! The instructions for check in/out were so helpful and accurate. The condo was was easy to find and so beautifully decorated, clean & spacious! We felt so at home there and appreciated all of the thoughtfulness from the variety of seasonings, coffee, extra toilet paper, and more! Communication with JJ was always prompt and he was super kind and hospitable. We will for sure be back and highly recommend his place if you’re planning a visit to Kennedy Space Center or local beaches. It’s a great location without the over crowdedness.

This unit was in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the river, and was conveniently located. The unit was extremely clean, and the king size bed was very comfortable. Would like to revisit in the future

We rented this house very last minute when we had plumbing issues at our own house. Josh responded to our booking request within minutes. We had an AC issue on the 2nd night and Josh responded right away and came over to fix it. The house was very clean, quiet and simple. We were comfortable. We have family from out of state that comes to the area often and we will recommend this house for future visits.

Exactly as described. It had everything that we needed and was super cute. Bed was very comfortable. Water had good pressure and stayed hot. HVAC was very good. Lots of privacy. Heated pool and lots of places to relax outdoors. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. About 10 minute drive to beach. Host Ashley and the owners were super sweet. Will definitely stay here again.
