Monthly Rentals in Vieux-Lille

We stayed here for 2 months and loved every minute. The location itself was ideal - in the heart of the old town, but down a lane so it was private. Public transport was close by. Well serviced by a supermarket, patisseries and boulangeries as well as a food market three days a week. The apartment itself was beautiful. Aude clearly has an eye for style. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was nothing lacking. The well-stocked kitchen and full-sized fridge was perfect for our longer stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. We appreciated having a washing machine as well. Aude was a fantastic host. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi the day we arrived, and she was extremely responsive and came over to fix it that day. It wasn't' a major problem - probably just our lack of tech knowledge! She gave us great restaurant recommendations and even picked up a souvenir we couldn't find. We loved Lille, and we loved this apartment!

The flat has a perfect location if you wish to explore Lille. Right next to all of the attractions of the Old Town and a wide variety of restaurants, boutiques, bakeries etc. but also two steps away from a beautiful Citadel park. It’s comfortably furnished with anything you need to feel like home (I stayed for a full month during my language course), including a functional kitchen, modern bathroom and a separate bedroom. There is a small closet to store your clothes. Self check-in is very convenient and the host is very responsive. Be aware that the location will also mean that the area is „alive” on weekend evenings (which offers its perks), but it isn’t very loud at night inside of the appartment. I would definitely come back if I revisit Lille.

Every single appliance was first-rate and in perfect condition: washing machine, hot water, WiFi, TV, and the entire kitchen. This might be the first time ever. Furnishings seem new as well. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. Self-check-in was easy and convenient for our late arrival. Nicholas and Jenny are very efficient and responsive. Nicholas let us know about an upcoming city-wide flea market. We found the location very convenient. In all, this was a perfect stay, and we would happily return for longer.
