Monthly Rentals in Vieux-Québec - Montcalm, La Cité-Limoilou

Excellent location in the lower city for those with 1 vehicle. The parking space is a real plus. In a modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and is therefore relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very clear, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 beautiful room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Many shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Entry and exit in simple places.

I did a 6 week internship in Quebec City and this Airbnb was a perfect choice for that! The place was equipped with everything you would need for a longer stay. Jean-Francois is a great host and provided me with tips for local services. The only thing I didn’t completely love was the neighbourhood: it was great that it was close to the old city, local cafes and restaurants, and a bus stop, but on the other hand it felt a bit dirty… other than that, everything was great!

A very nice studio apartment, with everything necessary for long or short term stay at a very good price given the location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I stayed for several weeks and should I need to stay in Quebec again, especially for a long term stay, I would definitely go back!

Cannot say enough good things about this home! Sparkling clean, charming, perfect location just inside the city walls in upper town. Super close to the Carnivale sites, Frontenac, funicular, etc. Provided all cleaning supplies and the rooms were amazing. Fantastic WiFi and office space. Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances. Beds were super comfy and featured high end linens with tons of pillows and available replacement linens. Great heating of the space with individual thermostats for most rooms. Lots of closet space. Support while there amazing and Megan went above and beyond to help us with a package delivery. Highly highly recommend!!
