Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Peace & Quiet In A Tuscan Hill Top Discovery

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

The Barn

Situated in the Apuane mountains with stunning views, this lovely spacious apartment has its own garden where you can relax and dine al fresco. The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

The house is from the early 1700s and is located in the Apuan Alps park. It is suitable for 2/3 people surrounded by the greenery of nature. It has an excellent sunny location where from the private terrace you can see the town of Pruno with its ancient villages and the mountains of the Apuan Alps park It is an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods, get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains.

Ideal for those who love the mountains and want to get out of the city's routine to take a break and listen to the silence. You'll love my place because it's the intimacy, the light, and the kitchen. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets).

Casa All'Ombra della Luna’ is a cozy and carefully restored house from 1600, located in Luscignano, an authentic village in the rolling countryside of North Tuscany. The village sits on top of a ridge and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding olive groves, with the impressive amphitheatre of the Apuan Alps behind it. During the day the sound of flying swallows, at night the sky is full of stars.
