Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

Recently renovated studio apartment, located on the main square of Budrio, which it overlooks with two balconies. It is located 100 meters from the bus stop, 200 meters from the train stop and 350 meters from the hospital. Underfloor heating, kitchen with traditional oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Washer-dryer and clothes hanger. French bed. Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Large shower with chromotherapy. It is on the second floor with no elevator.

The apartment was created from an old Bolognese shop. We created a mezzanine for the sleeping area and kept a graffiti on one wall that makes this space unique. The large living area (with sofa bed) and bathroom are at the entrance level on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Outdoor parking a few meters away for exclusive use. Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine available. Transport services to the center very close.

THE "BED AND FRIEND" was born in Bologna in 2016, family-run, managed by Andrea and Valeria. The house consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, furnished in a shabby chic and modern style. It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

Located in Bologna in the Bolognina district, the apartment is a few dozen meters from the Ustica Memory Museum. A strategic location to walk to the Fair (900 meters) and, with a 20/30-minute walk, the city center. Very close you will find the bus stop that in a few minutes reaches in addition to the historic center, the high-speed train station, from which the People Moover departs, connected with the airport, the S. Orsola and the Parco Nord Arena.
