In the cottage by the shore of Höytiäinen, you can spend your vacation surrounded by a unique lake landscape. The wood-burning sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Cooking with an Airfryer, in the microwave, or on the terrace with a gas grill. Drinking water is available directly from the kitchen faucet. The guest has the entire cottage at their disposal, with sleeping areas for two, a sauna, a toilet, and a small kitchen. A unique, newly renovated small cottage in Suurisaari, Kuoringa, with clear water and fish. Here the lake landscape and the clear Kuorinka are the main features. The cottage has two beds and a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a gas refrigerator and heater, a sauna and a magnificent lake view towards the evening sun. Solar-powered lights and mobile phone charging. Transport to the island (900 m) is arranged by the host's motorboat. For those arriving by boat, there is a wind-protected berth on the island.

Small log cabin with spectacular lake views. There is an extendable bed (2x80cm) in the cabin, as well as a kitchenette (running cold water). Sheets and towels provided. Electricity. Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.
