Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vijfheerenlanden

The house is in the heart of an old village centre surrounded by water which gives it a private feel even though it is at the edge of a city. There’s a huge lounge and private space outside.

The accommodation, located in the city center, is characterized by a quiet location. The large living and dining room invites you to linger with comfortable seating. On the back there is a private outdoor area with additional seating, where you can enjoy the beautiful weather. The contact was uncomplicated and polite and the check-in via the key box works without problems. The spacious accommodation leaves nothing to be desired.

A beautiful renovated house that feels the energy of love wherever you go. Modern, comfortable and warm. It is equipped with the best and finest equipment. It was a very comfortable stay for 10 days. Everything is available. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Fast internet and car parking. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms and a charming garden. The owner of the house, Valérie, is nice and loves to provide assistance and is quick. The response when communicating with her I highly recommend living in their house

We enjoyed our stay at Mike's place. Clean and cosy and well organised. Mike is a great host.

We had a great time in Willem's cottage. The location is beautiful, typical Dutch dike landscape, it has the tranquility of the countryside and there is plenty to do. Especially for a family with children, Willem's place is very suitable, there is a trampoline in the garden, games in the closet. There is a football field and swimming pool opposite the house on the other side of the dyke. And of course the Linge itself in boating or swimming. The house was spacious and cozy. The thatched roof is well insulated and therefore relatively cool when it is warm outside. Willem was an excellent host. Good communication, friendly, flexible and with a personal touch. Next time we visit my family in the Netherlands, I'll look up immediately if the cottage is available again.

All in all, it was a wonderful and very relaxing holiday. The place was small yet very cozy, we lacked nothing. The yard itself is very pretty and well maintained, you will find many cozy retreats, just to unwind, but also in the immediate vicinity it is similarly beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful, highly recommended is the in-house apple pear juice, with which we dressed up neatly for departure. If you want to leave the car, you have a good bus connection towards Utrecht on foot, but the area is very inviting for cycling. Nearby are many very nice small and idyllic villages and small towns, also Utrecht is only an hour away by bike. We were more than thrilled and looking forward to coming back.

Great house. We felt very comfortable all around. Nice, uncomplicated landlady. House very clean and spacious. Everything as described with large, open living / dining area and upstairs the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). We didn't miss anything and we would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment on the water gave us the full Utrecht vibes we were looking for on our visit. It was right in the middle of everything, super easy to explore, and made us feel like part of the Utrecht scene. Watching the boats in the evening was a major highlight of our trip. My whole family agreed, we would love to go back and stay there!

This is a wonderful place for those who love peace and quiet. The studio is spacious and you have everything you need: well-equipped kitchen, great beds, large shower. The terrace on the river is delightful and the surroundings invite you to hours of walking and cycling.

Diederik‘s flat was fantastic for our trip to Utretch. A very quiet neighborhood with lovely old homes and surroundings. Exactly what we needed for our first trip with our little one. The apt is spacious and has all you need. Only downside is the stairs between floors are a bit more tight/narrow/steep than they appear in the photos. So be careful if you have a little one. Otherwise we loved our stay at his place. Its a great getaway.

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

The apartment was lovely and cozy, with plenty of useful amenities that made our stay comfortable. The host was very kind and responsive, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was clean and well-maintained, though the bedsheets could use a refresh. The beds are very soft (something to keep in mind depending on your preference). Despite these minor points, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Nanda’s place is very spacious and comfortable, with lovely large windows and all the facilities you would need. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift!) with the hosts’ living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Easy 5 minute walk to buses, just 3 stops to Central Utrecht. Nanda was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

A very comfortable stay in a mix of historic and modern surroundings. A lot of steps but not unexpected. Close to amenities. Host responded quickly to inquiries. Overall, a lovely stay!

our stay was very convenient and easy to travel as it is very close to the train station an shops. the neighbourhood is quiet and safe and clean. our stay was very comfortable as it suited every needs of ours with having all basic amenities. The apartment is in a great, vibrant neighborhood only minutes from the downtown. It is spacious with plenty of light. Rein is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation is not very soundproof, you have to be very careful with the sound, but overall it was worth it for our activity

Pleasant stay in a compact but neat apartment that is equipped with all basic amenities. Also very nice that dogs are welcome in this accommodation, while you do not notice any previous furry guests so the cleaning is perfect! In addition, there was very pleasant, welcoming and fast communication with Mr. Patel via the app about, among other things, the check-in and check-out instructions.

We spent four nights here and were completely satisfied. It was very cozy, super located and we felt very comfortable right away. Perfect for exploring Utrecht. The amenities were great, everything was clean and Lucas was very attentive. Clear recommendation!
