Welkom in ons mooie verblijf! Het is een gezellig ingericht appartement in hartje Haarlem. Een zonnige woonkamer met tafel en een zitje. Verder een geheel ingerichte woonkeuken (15m2) met balkon en riante tuin met zitje en schommelstoel. Er is een ruime slaapkamer (20m2) met een bankje om te bedenken wat je allemaal gaat ondernemen ;-) Een eigen badkamer (2m2), en modern toilet Vanaf de entree zijn er twee korte trappen. In de woning is een korte trap tussen keuken en slaapkamer (8 treden).

De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Met trots en plezier verhuur ik een 2 persoons tuin suite in mijn buitenverblijf apart van mijn huis in Heemstede inclusief gebruik van een eigen badkamer (in Dec 2022 geheel vernieuwd). Er is gratis parkeren op het terrein en er is een privé terras. Het station Heemstede Aerdenhout is aan de overkant en je kan fietsen huren in Zandvoort of Haarlem. Het is 5 min met de trein naar Haarlem en 23 min met de trein naar Amsterdam. Kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle buitenkamer.

Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

Haarlem is only 10 minutes away, the Airport 15 minutes, while Zandvoort beach and Amsterdam can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The house is ideal for guests arriving by car. Bicycles is also available on site at your own risk.

The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. Behind the studio there is free parking. The studio has a private entrance, private shower and toilet and one room with a kingsize bed and an extra sleeping couch for 2 persons. (max 4 persons) ideal for families. Also there is a kitchenette with everything to prepare an easy meal or breakfast.
