Small lake house with your own jetty

Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

We have renovated our farmhouse with knowledge of building care, environment and sustainability. The beautiful colours of the egg oil temperature adorn the walls and genuine linseed oil paint is a matter of course in a house from the late 1800s. Nice tiled stoves warm up nicely and the kitchen is large and spacious The farm is surrounded by beautiful nature, lake view with proximity to comfortable forest walks with marked trails and sandy beach for swimming. The house is located close to the towns of Falun and Borlänge.

Large villa with spectacular lake view in popular Stjärnsund. Uniquely decorated house with that little extra. Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy the morning sun as evening sun and an amazing sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. An hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice wax bathing as much as we do, are awake open all winter.

Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Möjlighet att hyra cyklar, kanot, kayak och vedeldad bastu finns. Och vi delar gärna våra favorit platser med er:)

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
