About 1 kilometer to Blästervallen with all possible services needed for the perfect winter vacation. 5 minutes by car from Vemdalen By, which has all the necessary services all year round. Charging box from Zaptec at 11 kW, price per KwH according to agreement. Type 2 cable is available.

Cottage beautifully located on a former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 40 km southwest of Östersund. Here you are close to the mountains, forest areas and Storsjön. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with an ICA store, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more. At the school, there is a well-equipped playground that can be used during the summer. Kitchen, toilet, shower, sofa and a bed on the lower floor. Other bedrooms upstairs. Private patio.

Beds: sleeping loft 140 cm wide and sofa bed 140 cm wide = 4 beds in total. Associated bed mattresses provide comfortable beds. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Dining table and four chairs. Large south-facing patio with table and 4 chairs. Smaller but well-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and oven. Outdoor grill. WIFI. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

Du har en privat bastu och grillplats på tomten. Hede, orten där stugan ligger i, har de flesta bekvämligheterna; supermarket, apotek, vårdcentral m.m.

Det finns kyl, frys, spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare och vattenkokare i stugan. Duschmöjligheter finns på Hoverbergsgrottans camping ca: 250m från stugan mot en avgift.

Stugan (165 kvm) är nybyggd och designad för att skapa en fridfull och lyxig atmosfär, där varje detalj är noggrant planerad för maximal avkoppling men även möjlighet till distansarbete (kontorsplats).
