Til eigedommen er det inngjerda hage med pergola og møblar. Samueltun ligg "midt i smørauga" og har kort veg til butikkar, fjell og sjø, og ei nydeleg badestrand. Huset har 2 soverom med dobbeltseng, deilig sengetøy og to sett puter pr soveplass. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert.
