A moradia é composta por três quartos, dois com cama de casal e um com duas camas de solteiro, uma sala de estar com dois sofás, uma sala de lareira, uma casa de banho interior e uma exterior, uma cozinha, um quintal com jacuzzi e uma pequena área com matraquilhos.
