Apartment converted into a 38m2 studio, renovated 2 years ago. It is my own home that I renovated with great affection. I rent at certain times and stay with family. It's just 5 minutes to the train. Supermarket, restaurants, bike path, pharmacy, laundry, all within a 2-minute walk. 4 km from Oriente with transport links to the entire country. 4.5 km from the airport but without noise. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, not being suitable for people with limited mobility.

We are a family run hobby farm (quinta), about 30 minutes outside Lisbon. The studio for guests is newly renovated. The property itself is very relaxing and restful, you will wake up to the birds chirping! Great for friends/couples/families looking to relax by the pool, hangout with animals (currently home to goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, a cat, a dog, and a turtle), pick their own fruit, do some gardening, play a game of pool or pingpong, drinks by the bbq, yoga in the front yard, etc.
