Beach house holiday rentals in Vila Velha

Hello! My family and I stayed for 10 days at the home of hosts Carolina and Whellington. House with great structure according to advertisement. Sanitized and well-packaged bed and bath linens are available. The beach is so close, it's almost in the backyard. We are still grateful for all the kindness and availability of the hosts who welcomed us very well. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

We had a wonderful carnival between friends, family and children. The house is great: spacious, airy, well-equipped, comfortable. Delicious leisure area. Gilceia is very hospitable and was super flexible during check-in and check-out times. The beach in front of the house has an amazing view, the sea is brave but it is great for walking.

Wonderful days we spent in Manguinhos. Nature also helps, because, with the beach and the greenery, everything is perfect! The comfort of the beds was a differential. Hot water in the showers, air conditioning working perfectly, pool and hydro working perfectly. And the terrace, which provided us with a spectacle of its own, where we saw the full moon rise. Gabriela and Phelippe, excellent hosts. We will definitely be back in the summer!

The place is perfect. I trust the pictures, I would dare to say better than the pictures. We were greeted by Cláudia, a kindness of person. We introduced the entire house and demonstrated all operation. Impeccable house in cleaning, well ventilated, well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach, less than a minute. The place is dazzling and paradisiacal Everything was impeccably clean, with rooms, comfortable and welcoming. The bathrooms exuded a delicious perfume, and the fully equipped kitchen perfectly met all our needs. The location is privileged, with a stunning beach just ahead. The sea breeze constantly blows, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The balcony is an invitation to rest, the pool deck is a charm apart, and the gourmet area is perfect for moments of leisure and fraternization. The beach has excellent kiosks on the left side, ideal for those looking for waterfront comfort. The right side offers a smoother experience, with no kiosks, for those who prefer total quiet. We were especially touched with the affectionate details in the housekeeping. The rooms were air-conditioned and ready to welcome us in comfort, and the pool, extremely clean, was already waiting for us for the first dive.

The facilities are exactly as shown in the listing and photos. Everything is very clean and cozy! The house is in a very quiet location and is very close to the beach. It has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, large bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils! The barbecue area is wonderful! My family and I had an amazing weekend there!

Nothing to complain about! Rhayanne and Thiago were super helpful and very attentive. The house is wonderful, has plenty of bed and the second floor is quite spacious. The area of the house is great, there are games of pool and totó. I will come back more times

Cida is kindness personified. The place, which I already knew from having gone to a party, is exactly as described. I arranged with her to have my birthday party (an arraiá) and it was perfect! The house has a covered area (with a game room) that was perfect, even for a rainy day, to enjoy the space and the party. The place is gorgeous! We just need to get there and start getting things ready for the party. We rented for an entire weekend and Cida was very kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times. In addition, the house is in a very quiet place. Having breakfast in this yard to the sound of birds and the rest of nature is a gift! On the day of the party, it rained. But the next day, the day of the house delivery, I was able to contemplate this delicious moment in this beautiful and cozy yard. Peace, rest for the soul. Finally, an excellent space to combine the useful with the pleasant (rest and events, for example). I intend to repeat!

Elisangela was a very kind and attentive host, the beautiful, huge and very comfortable house. We took everything because we didn't know the house and didn't even need it because it left all the bedding, and even towel, all very clean, the house was super complete and comfortable. I appreciate the hospitality and affection we were received.

Our stay was very pleasant! The location near the third bridge made it easy to access restaurants and bakeries, in addition to the sights, which are just 15 minutes by car. The room was clean, with new furniture, and the bathroom was spacious and well sanitized. The presence of items such as microwave and minibar made the accommodation even more functional. The breakfast offered was excellent, and Mr. Marco's reception was warm and very friendly, providing a welcoming experience. The only issue that could be improved is the shared garage, which can cause a little discomfort, but that did not compromise the quality of the accommodation. Overall, we recommend this option for those seeking comfort, good location and attentive service.
