Quiet environment to enjoy your days at the beach. Space for up to 3 people (1 double bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed). Split air conditioning 18,000 btus. 60" TV, kitchen with utensils, stove, microwave and refrigerator. There is no parking. However, the street is residential and it is very easy to park in front of the house.
