Our little house is cozy and ideal to enjoy life in a small beach town. It is located in the center of Vilanova a few minutes from the promenade, the train station. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk from the beach. It has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two overlooking the garden and another is inside but all are well ventilated and rests very well in them), bathroom, laundry room, toilet, terrace, parking and private garden.

NovaVila is a bright house in the coastal town of Cubelles, in the province of Barcelona. Here you can relax, barbecue, enjoy the garden, hike and even go to the beach. The loft, exactly in the city center, was renovated in a vintage industrial style in an 1880s building. It has a day area where the living room with balcony is located, a very sunny dining room and a complete kitchen with an authentic artisanal bar from the year 1660. The night area; with double bed, bathroom, work area and access to the chill terrace, a great place to relax at night before going to sleep after having enjoyed a great day at the beach!!
