Cozy home with garden & parking at the beach town

Our little house is cozy and ideal to enjoy life in a small beach town. It is located in the center of Vilanova a few minutes from the promenade, the train station. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk from the beach. It has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two overlooking the garden and another is inside but all are well ventilated and rests very well in them), bathroom, laundry room, toilet, terrace, parking and private garden.

NovaVila is a bright house in the coastal town of Cubelles, in the province of Barcelona. Here you can relax, barbecue, enjoy the garden, hike and even go to the beach. The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and antique. The apartment consists of a clear space where we find a living room with kitchen and living area and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.
