Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vilcabamba

This place was truly a secret treasure. Loved it in every way.

Our stay was great. Luis was our main contact and responded very quickly. The house is fabulous in a very private and scenic setting. Gorgeous views from every window and the deck. The deck chairs etc were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed. The grounds are impeccable and very well maintained. The WIFI is adequate (7-9 mbps) but it works. The walk down to Vilcabamba center is at least 50 minutes and we always used a taxi to come back. If it is raining be sure to get a cab with four wheel drive which are plentiful. Luis also has a four wheel drive and offered to take us back and forth numerous times. The pool was spotless and really nice and we did not need to have it heated. Like most of Latin America there are 3-4 dogs on the property but for the most part they did not bark much. You are a little out of town but the privacy and views were exactly what we wanted. We loved this place and are already working on a return.

Host was very puntual and kind. House was very spacious, a lot backyard space and the pool. We had a wonderful time with our family.

El fin de semana fue sencillamente perfecto. La casa ofrecía las comodidades necesarias para preparar nuestros alimentos, montar una mesa familiar y descansar. Los juegos de mesa permitieron disfrutar un entretenido momento en familia antes del atardecer desde la hamaca, un momento mágico. El zaguán exterior y los toldos permiten disfrutar de la comida al aire libre en un día soleado. Disfrutamos recorriendo la propiedad, un deleite para los amantes de la naturaleza. Fue fascinante ver de cerca las vacas pastando y descubrir que están plantando árboles nativos. El paseo junto al río fue muy relajante y único. La restauración de esta casa centenaria es admirable, han logrado un ambiente acogedor y confortable sin perder su encanto histórico. Se siente la calidez en cada rincón. Estamos agradecidos por esta experiencia. El amplio parqueadero fue de gran utilidad para el grupo. ¡Recomendamos mucho este lugar para una escapada reconfortante cerca de Loja! ¡Regresaremos!

Excelente como en casa, realmente me dio mucho gusto hospedarme con adri espero la próxima quedarme más tiempo, solo el precio esta de chequear bien por lo que en la página no es claro de ahí perfecto

My husband and I stayed for 3 night. Hot shower, comfortable bed, good WiFi, a well-stocked kitchen, roomy spaces, good lighting, great layout with light-filled rooms and a fantastic view from the kitchen and living room. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown Vilcabamba. Taxis all know the Alpha House. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Vilcabamba.

My 2 friends and I thought it was perfect. Eddy, Martha’s husband, stood outside to make sure the taxi driver (from another city where airport is) could find the location. Mercado in a square about 3 blocks away, Tia a little farther but certainly walkable. We found great restaurants (Dumas) and coffee shops (Kawah) all within 10 minutes. Botanical and huge city garden were a cheap taxi ride away (around $3 each) Great instructions and information about condo, area and how to operate the TV. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Loja. Our stay was so delightful, house wash spotless,beds were very comfortable, good location. Even a roof top sitting area. Washer available with line drying too.

Stayed for almost three months and had a wonderful time. Martha is very responsive and respectful of her guests. The upstairs gardens is so special. The apartment is comfortable and pristine.

Хозяева отличные, интеллигентные, готовые помочь. Расположение супер, вид из окна - горы, рядом река, вдоль нее дорожки, люди спортом занимаются, в основном пробежки, сам город самый спокойный в Эквадоре из крупных, нет жары и нет холода. И дом на краю, не шумно. Тут писали, что собаки мешали кому-то, я сказал хозяевам. Они сказали, что она умерла, они её любили очень и долго плакали...

Mi experiencia, el lugar estaba limpio, ordenado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Me sentí muy cómoda. La ubicación también me pareció excelente, está cerca de la UTPL y del centro, así que pude moverme con facilidad. El ingreso fue fácil y en general, todo estuvo perfecto. Sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí. ¡Gracias por todo!
