To the rear of the house is the garden, barbecue corner and lounge nook which are shared. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m from the house). Domestic animals welcome.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Rest in comfort at this unique and peaceful place. Near the property, 500m away is the train station, bar Hoom Amatu, Paruni Trahter, and MyFitness. Ugala Theatre is located 14 min walking. Several grocery stores are located nearby. The visitor has a spacious, private terrace where it is nice to sit and drink your morning coffee. The apartment is on the first floor where there are no stairs. You can park for free, just near the house.
