Excellent brand new studio. Very bright and fully equipped with everything brand new. Privileged location 2 blocks from the city's main avenues (Oroño and Pellegrini). Meters from Independencia Park, the main green lung. 10 blocks from Pichincha, a bar and brewery area. Very close to the women's health center and the best clinics and diagnostic centers. Really close to everything!

Majo is a very kind person who was always looking out for us to have a good time. The apartment is better than what you see in the photos, it has an excellent location overlooking the Parana river that gives a huge tranquility and ensures a full rest. My stay in this apartment was wonderful! It is compact, but has everything you need to stay for a few days. The bed is very comfortable and the living room works very well for those who need to work. I found the possibility of using the washing machine very useful, it was one of the decisive factors for me. You can admire the sunrise and sunset in autumn! The neighborhood is very good, I felt safe even traveling alone and walking around at night. It has several restaurants, markets and squares/parks nearby, which makes the experience of getting to know the city very good! Roberto did my check-in and check-out and was very attentive. The responses from Airbnb were always quick and efficient. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it!

We stayed only 1 night with our 4-year-old daughter and everything was impeccable, Soledad's service, the garage in the same building! (It was always difficult for us to find in Rosario), the area is full of restaurants and the loft is beautiful, with everything you need to have an excellent stay. We'll be back for sure!
