Nicolás siempre estuvo a disposición sobre cualquier duda, buen anfitrión. El Departamento tiene todo lo que anuncia, y tal cual como en las fotos, edificio tranquilo, buena ubicación para poder conectar con la cuidad. Volvería a Hospedarme!

Muy buen alojamiento, tal cómo en las fotos. Bonito, muy cómodo y con detalles que hacen la diferencia. Ideal para descansar y en una zona excelente. Sin ninguna crítica.

Me encanto la estancia en el departamento de Leandro. La zona es muy tranquila y el edificio también. El piso tiene ventanas grandes y un pequeño balcón que me encanto. Necesitaba internet de alta velocidad para trabajar y funciono perfecto. El check-in fue super fácil. Muchas gracias por todo y hasta la próxima!

Estuve 35 días, apartamento muy recomendable para estadías largas,buena ubicación,seguro y tranquila y bien conectada con centros turísticos. Wifi funciona muy bien Gianfranco muy amable y resolutivo en todo lo que se le pidió. Repetiré seguro..

This loft apartment is beautiful and just as pictured. Very clean, super comfortable, nice bathroom ammenities, linens were soft and smelled great. We slept very well while here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking and appeared to be brand new.The host and management company does a great job communicating and responding to any needs. If you are in Buenos Aires and just want to relax, this is the place to be. Also we found it to be absolutely safe to walk around during the day or night. Seems to be just on the outskirts, so we did not find much to do around us and not many restaurants open on the weekend we were here. The locals we met and were in contact with were very nice and helpful even though our Spanish is minimal. Thank you for a delightful 3 night stay!

O apartamento e ainda mais bonito pessoalmente, muito bem localizado, no bairro de Palermo Soho onde você poderá encontrar os melhores restaurantes e cafeterias e andar tranquilamente a pé à noite (mesmo para uma viajante solo como eu). Além de ter uma cozinha super equipada para preparar sua comida em um dia que não esteja com vontade de sair ou mesmo fazer seu próprio café da manhã em uma manhã fria e chuvosa. Azul e Nico são excelentes anfitriões, foram super atenciosos com meu check-in tardio e me ajudaram como uma limpeza extra, pois tive bastante dias de hospedagem. Super indico para quem está indo conhecer Buenos Aires, você estará na melhor região da cidade. Um grande abraço.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-designed property. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—while the apartment itself was both stylish and functional. What truly made our experience exceptional was our host, Alejandro. He was incredibly proactive, professional, flexible, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to offer helpful advice, made us feel completely at home, and was always available whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Buenos Aires—and we will definitely be back!

Simplemente espectacular!!! Maria Laura es una genia! Desde el primer momento estuvo super atenta a cualquier consulta, en cualquier cosa que necesitábamos ella daba mucho más del 100%, el check in y check out tuvo una flexibilidad que estaré agradecido siempre, en cuanto al apartamento, simplemente hermoso, tiene todo lo que necesitas, limpio, con una terraza hermosa, no nos hizo falta absolutamente nada, la ubicación inmejorable, tenes el subte a dos cuadras, y te puedes mover por toda la ciudad con facilidad, mis expectativas ya eran altas y aún así logró superarlas por mucho. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, no hay que buscar más, cuando vuelva a la ciudad sin duda esta es mi primera y única opción, Gracias Maria! Sos una crack!

Hola. El alojamiento de Federico estuvo espectacular. Tal cual las fotos y la descripción. La atencion y disposicion de Federico estupenda. Siempre atento a lo que se pudiera necesitar. Muy recomendable

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

What a great place to stay with an amazing location!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Aníbal foi extremamente gentil, o apartamento era muito bem decorado e espaçoso, silencioso pois era de fundos, amigos meus alugaram apartamentos de frente e reclamaram de barulhos mas o nosso era muito silencioso. A localização era ótima. Recomendo.

Gente que anfitrião incrível ! Pessoa alto astral prestativo, gentil e muito gente boa . Tivemos o prazer de conhecê-lo pois ele faz questão de nos recepcionar. Explicou tudo e deu várias indicações sobre restaurantes , lugares e observações do que poderia ser perigo em alguns lugares depois de certo horário. Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

Ótimo apartamento, próximo a estação do metrô e vários restaurantes, prédio tranquilo e de fácil acesso, recomendo.
